6 months from delivery
Every Jackal Labs product is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
What's covered
- Cracking, warping, or structural failure under normal use
- Magnets coming loose or failing under normal use
- Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery
What's not covered
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from exposure to conditions outside the product's stated specifications (e.g., direct exhaust heat contact)
- Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Jackal Labs

How to make a claim
Contact us at support@jackallabs.net with your order details and a description or photo of the issue. If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the affected item at no cost.
